ThinPrint Desktop Agent requires the following:
- An environment with virtual desktops or workstations on which one of the following operating systems is running:
- Windows 10, 8.1 or 7 (Windows 7 with Microsoft Hotfix KB2493115)
- for printing via ICA: Citrix XenDesktop v7.1 or later
Please note: A ThinPrint Client must not be installed on the desktop.
- An installed ThinPrint Engine:
- on a central print server or
- on a terminal server
Note! Install the Citrix ICA Client before Desktop Agent if sessions to terminal servers or desktops via ICA protocol are required.
Administrator permissions are required for all installation and configuration procedures.
