  • The tpicaw32.dll file is also in the installation package of the Host Integration Service.
    Replace the file tpicaw32.dll – in C:\Windows\System32 – with the version from the installation package of Host Integration Service on all servers with the ThinPrint Engine installed.
  • Finally, restart the print spooler.
