Problem:
When importing a user in the ThinPrint Management Console, it errors :
External Error. No valid security identifier (sid) passed to tpUser (Code 00000000)
In the event viewer, the following error in detail:

Cause:
Due to the implementation of the Thinprint Management Console, a full screen Internet Browser window on a screen resolution wider than 2000 pixels can cause problems.

Solution:
Do not run the Thinprint Management Console in a full screen Internet Browser if your screen resolution is wider than 2000 pixels.
