Problem:
In the license manager, the TPUS license keys show up as invalid after adding it to the license manager. Also, it is missing the registration key.
Cause:
The Cortado License and User Configuration Service didn’t create an identity key before adding the license keys.
Applies to:
ThinPrint License Server 10+
Solution:
1.The easiest way to work around that issue is to remove the license key and to enter it again. (Don’t destroy the license key. Otherwise it cannot be entered again!)
2.After that the TPUS license key should get an registration key and become valid again.
3.Restart the License Server if registration key still not shown in License Manager.
4. If the Identity value is not available at all in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ThinPrint\Licenses you will have to also uninstall the ThinPrint AD-LDS instance and reinstall the License Server again.
