Getting error Message “No valid license found.” when printing.
ThinPrint Engine apparently cannot contact the License Server to gather valid licenses.
Steps to check:
- the license key on the License server must be green or yellow color
- must be able to telnet to the license server via default port 4005
- must have free licenses for the users
- restart the Thinprint License and User configuration service on the License Server and Thinprint Engines
