Problem:
Print jobs are slow
Cause:
Antivirus can cause the slowness of jobs when its scanning folders specified in the “Solutions” sections (below)
Workaround:
Exclude the folders and sub-directories (listed in the “Solution” section) within the Anti-virus software.

Additionally, exclude the following folders within the Anti-virus software:
C:\windows\inf
C:\windows\system32\spool
