Problem:
When printing with V-Layer to device SEH TPG-65 we encountered a problem with certain pdf files (printed from SAP) when they consist of more than 25 pages (number may vary).
The print job would then be interrupted after about 15 pages and the eventlog shows “Error while receiving data”.
Cause:
The actual cause is unknown. However, the two settings below have resolved the issue.
Solution:
Disable bidirectional support (printer properties > ports) and set the “Start printing after last page is spooled” (printer properties > advanced) in the native printer driver (see images below).
