- Log in to the Personal Printing server as an administrator, e. g. using the PPservice user account (see User account for installation).
- Uninstall all Personal Printers with native drivers or connect them to other (conventional) printer ports.
- Uninstall the following Personal Printing components in this order:
- Cortado License Manager
- AD LDS Instance ThinPrint
- ThinPrint Personal Printing
components of Personal Printing to be uninstalled
