- Click Edit settings in the Personal Printing configuration console and select the ADAM Service Account tab.

An AD account and the LDAP settings have been specified here by the Personal Printing installer, with which the Personal Printing server can communicate with Active Directory. The AD account must be the same with which the Personal Printing software was installed – i. e. the recommended account ppservice.
