The following user groups have the opportunity on the Enterprise Portal to retrieve free license keys for additional components:
- End Customers, provided they have Annual License Model licenses (License Type = ALM)
- System Integrators, whose end customers have Annual License Model licenses
- Service Provider, who have an appropriate contract with ThinPrint (License Type = SAAS)
The listed user groups will find an additional Actions button labeled License Request in their views.

- A click on this button opens another window with an online form. The next Illus. shows the form for ALM customers, the Illus. after shows that for Service Providers.

In both cases, there is a comments field where you are free to enter notes or questions. Just follow the instructions in the respective form.
