Register

The Cortado Enterprise Portal is divided into two areas:

> for customers/partners of Cortado Mobile Solutions GmbH, here: For Cortado Customers & Partners

  • Therefore, first select the portal that suits you best. Click on Login.

  • If you are already registered with ThinPrint, you can log in directly here – on the sign-in page.
  • If not, select Register now to register.

  • Fill in the registration form and submit it by clicking Register now.

  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click Confirm E-mail here.

  • If you now try to log in again on the sign-in page (see above), you may receive the error message Access Denied from the Cortado Enterprise Portal. This means that you are now registered, but your account still needs to be activated by the ThinPrint order team.to do this, select register.

  • The registration page of the Cortado Enterprise Portal appears. Select either Register as customer or Register as system integrator.

  • Fill out the registration form for the Cortado Enterprise Portal. Enter a valid license key in the form.

The ThinPrint Order Team will activate your account shortly.

Login

After your account has been activated, you can log in to Cortado Enterprise Portal.

  • Select the portal that suits you best. Click on Login.

  • Enter your registered email address and your chosen password and click Sign in.

Registration option Add User

  • If a user already has access to the Cortado Enterprise Portal, he can simply pass on the access data to other users in the same company by using the feature Add User . This feature is found within the portal at the upper right of the menu area, as a sub­menu item under Admin:

  • After clicking on Add User the following form is displayed:

  • Enter the name and contact details of the colleague to whom you want to give access to the license data. In doing so, please note:
    • use this feature only for employees of your company
    • the newly installed user gains full system rights and can thereafter add further users
