There is a help page available within the Cortado Enterprise Portal. You’ll find it under the menu item Help, in the top right corner of the portal:
Should you still have questions or problems regarding the use of the Enterprise Portal after using the online help, simply contact us using the menu item Contact ThinPrint. You can access this under Admin in the top right section of the portal.
Questions that relate specifically to licenses or their activation, you can address directly to the responsible persons via Contact activation team.
