Generally, there is no limitation to specific Linux distributions or architectures. The software was tested on Ubuntu, SuSE, Debian Wheezy, CentOS, RedHat and Raspbian.
- The BSD tools of CUPS must be installed (= compatibility layer for BSD’s print system). On Debian and Ubuntu the package in question is called cups-bsd.
- ThinPrint Engine 9.0 or higher
installed on remote desktops (terminal servers or virtual desktops) or on central print servers
You need administrator rights for all stages of installation and configuration.
- Create printers in CUPS.
Downloading the software
